COVID-19 vaccination clinics are being held this week in New Plymouth and Hāwera so essential workers, and those who live in their households, can receive their vaccination.
The clinics are at the TSB Stadium, Rogan St, New Plymouth on Friday and Saturday and at the TSB Hub, Hāwera on Sunday.
Details of how to book into the clinics have been sent to employers who will let staff know how to reserve their spot.
Any self-employed essential workers can reach out to Taranaki DHB at covid.vacenquiries@tdhb.org.nz and they will provide booking details.
More GP clinics and pharmacies are administering vaccinations in the coming weeks: Devon West Pharmacy, Bargain Chemist, Vivian Pharmacy, Mountain View Pharmacy and Bell Block Pharmacy will have public appointments available very soon through the BookMyVaccine online booking portal.
East Side Medical Centre, Medicross, Merrilands Medical Centre, Avon Medical and Oakura Medical Centre are also coming on board to offer vaccination appointments to their enrolled populations. Patients will be contacted to make a booking.
